We are delighted to announce that Vendaid, with over 40 staff, based in Wednesbury (almost exactly in the centre of England) are joining SB Software, signing up for Vendmanager including Datakey and telemetry integration from the get-go.

When Steve Oldcorne, Commercial Manager at Vendaid was asked to list his key priorities for introducing Vendmanager, he immediately cited “Efficiency” first, and “Giving us greater clarity of our data” second.

Then he repeated “Efficiency” as both third and fourth. So that’s made things clear!

It’s always a pleasure announcing contract wins. Why wouldn’t it be? And with SB Software there is the added benefit that the more customers “in the Vendmanager club”, the greater the resources for additional support and increased functionality – it’s a virtuous circle because everyone gains.

But this contract brings with it a bit more “added challenge” for us at SB Software (jeopardy even?) than usual. And it’s a challenge all of our own making – with Vendaid kindly agreeing to the proposal to create and run a case study together on the full implementation, go-live and startup process. From Day Zero.

It’s a topic that is understandably of keen interest to clients before embarking with Vendmanager – how do we ensure that changing such an integral part of their vending company goes as smoothly as possible? How do we/you ensure that data transfer is “complete and correct”? What is the best way to eliminate missteps? Or put things right effectively/promptly should something go awry? You’ll find out more soon …
