Connect Vending has been established 20 years, and was founded by Stuart Coutts - initially as primarily a sales and marketing business. Connect’s values are centred on understanding client needs and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. At the core of this client expectation is service and that’s why Connect Vending took the decision some 10 years ago to bring the operation and service functions in-house. This enabled them to control and develop the quality of service which is critical for Connect Vending and its clients. Connect Vending has a national reach, and operates a centralised distribution centre strategically placed in Oxfordshire. This provides efficient access to an extensive geographical area, spanning Birmingham to central London, the Home Counties and Reading. This ensures customers are provided with service that exceeds their expectations due to efficient operating capabilities.
