Investing in the Future: Customer Support

We have been recruiting again, and we are delighted to welcome on board Paul Trickett, who brings over 15 years of specialist experience in customer support. We are also investing in new resources to make things even faster, easier and better when clients want to push Vendmanager further, making it as simple as possible for them to do more for their own business.

Staying ahead of the curve in terms of recruitment is vitally important to us at SB Software. We have worked hard to build and maintain our reputation for customer support, for example, and we only have plans to get better still.

As we grow, that means bringing in the right new people early enough, so that they have time to get up to speed, visit clients on site, and understand not just what we do, but also why and how. Recruitment is also an opportunity to bring in additional skills and expertise, from outside vending where relevant, to add value to our offering as a whole.

Paul builds upon extensive experience, ranging from the legal to the broadband sectors. He brings with him a mantra that excellent customer service is key regardless of the size of the supplier or the client, and a commitment to exceeding user expectations - wherever he can.
